History of Omega Lodge No. 17
Omega Lodge No. 17 was established in Baltimore, Maryland on March 20th, 1954 by Brother Arthur Jenkins, Worshipful Master; Brother William D. Parrish, Senior Warden; and Brother John J. Benlow, Junior Warden; to open and hold a lodge designated as Omega Lodge No. 17 under the jurisdiction of The Most Worshipful Hiram Grand Lodge, A.F. & A.M, Inc. Constituted by the Honorable Clarence Wycoff, 33°, Grand Master; Right Worshipful Samuel M. Dunn, Deputy Grand Master; Right Worshipful Lenard Hicks, 33°, Grand Senior Warden; and Right Worshipful Silas Fenigan, Grand Junior Warden.
Omega Lodge No. 17 was famous for their bull roast in Glen Burnie, Maryland and their fish fry's. They perform various other charity events in the community. Omega Lodge No. 17 meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at 1205 N. Eutaw Place, Baltimore, Maryland.
